In terms of performance, its density is only 4.5g/cm ³, and the tensile strength of GR5 exceeds 900MPa, with a specific strength better than steel and aluminum alloys; The corrosion rate in boiling hydrochloric acid and seawater is less than 0.001mm/year, and it can maintain stability in a wide temperature range of -253 ℃ to 600 ℃. Some models are also non-magnetic and radiation resistant.
Production follows precision standards, with controlled composition through vacuum melting, refined grain size through forging, and complex structural integration achieved through 3D printing and superplastic forming.
